Here we have a bottle of “The Pinot Project,” with a typical weeknight dinner. We got the wine pretty cheap off of Fresh Direct. I love any pinot noir, and this one was extra delicious. And the meal (prepared entirely by the manfriend) was comprised of sliced heirloom tomatoes (salt, pepper, fresh parsley, and EVOO), grilled chicken (salt, pepper, oregano, EVOO, and chile powder), homemade roasted garlic hummus with olives sliced on top, and a few slices of Brie cheese with honey (organic… YS Bee Farms). So simple, so healthy, so amazing.
